Data Protection Support Division
Data Protection Support Division is a unit newly set up in 2022 with the objective to standardize the Company’s
personal data protection practice and define guidelines for data management in an appropriate manner. It is duty-bound
to give advice to internal work units and build awareness by providing knowledge to the employees, communicating
information and providing training to enhance knowledge and understanding of the Company’s personal data protection
in order to ensure that the Company’s operation is compliant with the personal data protection law and other relevant
laws, covering such issues as consideration of new work system or design of new operation process in relation to
personal data processing, and development of policies or procedures that may affect the personal data protection.
The Company also ensures correct and complete record of processing activities or data inventory while making continuous
improvement and planning review of its compliance with personal data protection law on a regular and consistent
basis.
