(A) NPAs acquisition, management, and sales
(1) NPAs acquisition
The Company acquires NPAs through various channels, for example, by participating in the auction of NPLs that
the Company had previously managed before they were put out to auction, transferring of the collaterals or other
assets of debtors with NPLs for the settlement, and the purchasing of NPAs from financial institutions, whether through
the auction or through a direct negotiation with financial institutions.
The following flow chart depicts the procedure for NPAs acquisition through various channels.
