Directors’ bonus
The Board of Directors has played an important role in supporting and promoting the policies and making key
decisions for the Company in collaboration with the management, leading to the Company’s favourable operating
results and good image on a consistent basis. The annual general meeting of shareholders 2022 held on 22 April 2022
determined provision of directors’ bonus which had undergone consideration and approval of the Board of Directors
upon recommendation by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The shareholders’ meeting set the directors’
bonus for the operating results of 2021 at the rate of 0.25% of the dividend to the maximum of Baht 5,000,000 (equal
to that of 2021) with the Board of Directors authorized to consider the appropriate amount to be allocated to each
director.
In 2022, the Board of Directors has allocated director’s gratuity to each director in total amount of 4,444,058
baht and total amount of 4,141,054.19 baht in 2021.
