Note: For the case where the auction day is long time away from the meeting date of the Board of Directors, the 43

Board of Directors will give the Executive Committee the authority to consider the purchasing price, as well
as the terms and conditions of the auction; in order to improve the overall flexibility of the operation. In
such a case, the Executive Committee will give the President the authority to consider the purchasing
price/ sign the approval of the bidding document.
2 The final purchasing price presented to the President must be considered by the NPLs and NPAs
Acquisition Committee.
