              7.   Reporting
              The Technology Committee presents Technology Performance reports, the minutes of each meeting of the
         Technology Committee to the Board of Directors as appropriate at least once per quarter.


              8.  Review and Suggestion
              The Technology Committee conducts a charter review every year and can suggest any amendments or additional
         changes as it deems appropriate which will be presented to the Board of Directors for consideration as the case may be.
