10.4 Debt restructuring
As at 31 December 2022 and 2021, the Company’s restructured loans purchased of
receivable were as follows:

As at 31 December 2022 and 2021, the Company had no outstanding obligations to provide
additional loan facilities of loans purchased of receivables after restructuring.
During the year 2021, the Company has joined the scheme to provide assistance to debtors
impacted by situations that affect the Thai economy. The Company provided assistance to
additional debtors totalling Baht 895 million, through principal holiday or debt moratorium
scheme. As at 31 December 2021, the outstanding balance of the debtors still in principal
holiday period and that of debt moratorium period were Baht 18 million. However, the
Company has elected not to apply the Accounting Guidance announced by the Federation of
Accounting Professions on Temporary Relief Measures for Entities Providing Assistance to
Debtors Impacted by Situations that Affect the Thai Economy. As at 31 December 2022, the
Company has no outstanding balance of debtors under assistance scheme since the period
of such assistance scheme has been expired.
