Remarks: For the case where the auction day is too far away from the meeting date of the Board of Directors, the Board
of Directors will give the Executive Committee the authority to consider the purchasing price, as well as the
terms and conditions of the auction; in order to improve the overall flexibility of the operation. The Executive
Committee will give the Chief Executive Officer the authority to consider the purchasing price/sign the approval
of the bidding document.
