          Restrictions on Share Transfer
                The Company’s shares can be transferred without any restrictions, except for the case where the outcome of
          the share transfer will cause foreign shareholders to hold more than 49.0 percent of the total issued and paid-up
          ordinary shares of the Company. The Company has the right to reject any share transfer that will cause the proportion
          of foreign shareholding to exceed such ratio.


                In the event where a foreign shareholder holds more than 49.0 percent of the total issued and paid-up ordinary
