In the case where the transfer of shares held by a foreign shareholder does not conform to the aforementioned
method, the shareholder who has received the transferred shares from that foreign shareholder shall transfer those
shares in accordance with the method specified above after receiving a written request from the Company.

TRIS Rating Co., Ltd., a credit rating agency in Thailand, assigned A-to both the company rating on BAM and the
issue rating on its senior unsecured debentures, which have a representative of debenture holders with a value of
Baht 1,000 per unit. As at December 31, 2022, the outstanding debenture value stood at Baht 73,070 million, the
